While you bond with your new baby, I will conveniently pick up and prepare your placenta for you while you enjoy your babymoon. I work hard to be “on call” for you and will make every effort to pick up and prepare your placenta within the ideal time frame for encapsulation.

My service is safe and discreet, and as a mom of four little ones I know how special this time can be, so I work to make the smallest impact on you and your family while preparing the placenta. I have processed over 750 placentas in the years I have been an encapsulator and look forward to helping with yours too!

Safety is my biggest priority! At Fruit of Labor, I adhere to all OSHA & EPA guidelines regarding blood-borne pathogen transmission, infection prevention, standards for sanitation, and safe food handling. All materials used are thoroughly sanitized between each use, when not disposable, and everything meets food grade standards. Aside from the medicinal aspects, I treat the placenta as sacred, and will focus on honoring the work it has done to nourish your baby, while preparing it to continue its work nourishing you.

...helping moms have healthy beginnings...

What is Placenta Encapsulation?

Placenta encapsulation takes a fresh placenta and transforms it into a shelf-stable supplement. The encapsulation process includes full dehydration of the placenta, powdering the desiccated placenta and then putting the powder into capsules. The process of making placenta pills typically takes 18-24 hours.

What Type of Benefits Do Mothers Experience?

Each woman has a unique set of benefits they experience. 95% of women surveyed report at least one benefit from taking their placenta pills. The majority of the reported benefits are mood-based such as “feeling more balanced”, “increased energy” and “better mood”. Others report physical benefits such as “quicker healing” and “increased milk supply”.

When I was pregnant with my twins, I was super skeptical about the benefits of placenta encapsulation and I researched and researched to see if it would really be worth it.  Then I reached out to Morgan.  She was so helpful and informative... never pushed me.  Just gave me the information and let me decide.  I am SO GLAD that I did the encapsulation!  I had two placentas for the twins and Morgan did one Gentle and one Simple.  Both sets of pills were lifesavers!  I do not think I would have made it through the first six months of "twindom" without them.  My milk came in super fast, I had way more energy than I should have on zero sleep, and my hormones seemed to be better controlled than my first birth without encapsulation.  I was able to produce enough milk within 4 days of birth to feed both babies!  Anyone who is thinking of trying this... I highly recommend it!  You have nothing to lose and literally everything to gain!  Thank you Morgan!!!
